Last updated / July 28, 2026
Plain language.
Respect for your information.
Liqualine Plumbing is a private business operating in British Columbia. This policy explains how Liqualine handles personal information through this website and service communications. British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) applies to Liqualine's private-sector handling of personal information.
Accountability and contact
Liqualine is responsible for personal information under its control. Questions, access requests, correction requests, or privacy complaints can be sent to calvin.singh12@gmail.com or 778-869-3556.
What we collect
The request form may collect your name, email address, phone number, city, urgency or problem selection, message, and consent record. Do not submit card numbers, passwords, government identification, or other sensitive information through the form.
Why we collect it
Liqualine uses submitted information to respond to requests, understand the issue, communicate about estimates or appointments, coordinate service, maintain business records, process deposits or payments when applicable, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Collection is limited to information reasonably needed for those purposes.
Consent and withdrawal
Submitting the form is consent to collect, use, and disclose the information for the purposes described here. Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn by contacting Liqualine, although withdrawal may prevent Liqualine from continuing a service or response that requires the information. PIPA may authorize or require limited collection, use, or disclosure without consent.
Service providers and disclosure
Website submissions are sent through Resend so Liqualine can receive them at calvin.singh12@gmail.com. Hosting, security, accounting, payment, or service providers may process limited information needed to provide their services. Information may be stored or accessed outside Canada. See Resend's privacy policy ↗. Liqualine may also disclose information when required or authorized by law, to protect safety or property, or to obtain professional advice.
Marketing messages
A service request is not blanket consent to promotional email or text messages. Liqualine does not use this form as a marketing subscription. If Liqualine later sends commercial electronic messages, it will obtain the consent required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, identify the sender, and include an unsubscribe method.
Retention and safeguards
Liqualine keeps information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, service and accounting records, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or legitimate business needs. It will take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymize information when no longer required. Reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards are used, but no internet or email system is completely secure.
Access and correction
You may make a written request to access personal information under Liqualine's control or ask for inaccurate information to be corrected. Liqualine may verify identity and will respond within the time required by PIPA, generally within 30 business days unless a lawful extension applies.
Complaints
Send concerns to Liqualine first. If unresolved, contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia ↗.
Liqualine must update this policy if its providers, collection practices, retention schedule, or marketing practices change.
